About Avigentis EOOD
Avigentis EOOD is a company specialising in cybersecurity audits and compliance with the Cybersecurity Act (ZKS/NIS2). We work with every regulated entity – municipalities, ports, transport companies, water utilities and critical infrastructure operators. We are based in Nesebar, Bulgaria. We started with municipal audits and are expanding into maritime infrastructure, transport and energy.
What we do
Audit and GAP analysis
We assess the current state of cybersecurity against the requirements of Art. 22 ZKS – 12 measures in 8 regulatory blocks.
Report for the MIDT
We prepare a regulatory report that serves as evidence of good faith during an inspection by the MIDT, the ZKS supervisory authority.
AI tools
We develop our own AI tools for automated screening of an entity's public infrastructure.

Coordinates the delivery of audit engagements – from planning to the final report. Monitors deadlines, client communication and the quality of deliverables. Takes part in audits under Art. 22 ZKS.

Conducts technical and organisational audits. Specialises in network security assessment, access control and incident management. Prepares findings and recommendations in the audit reports.

Develops and maintains the Avigentis AI agent – an intelligent tool for automated screening of websites and public infrastructure of regulated entities. Integration with avigentis.eu/app.

Avigentis EOOD is a consultant, not a guarantor. Responsibility for meeting the requirements of the ZKS lies with the entity under Art. 21 ZKS (State Gazette No. 17/13.02.2026). The audit report constitutes evidence of good faith before the MIDT.
